Through my unique combination of extensive meditation training and work as a neuroscientist, I offer grounded and life-affirming ways we can wire our minds for more love in each-and-every moment.
My Work
I have been practicing meditation since 2006 and teaching since 2013. My training encompasses Bön, Insight and contemplative Buddhist lineages along with mindfulness and social meditation as well as a two-year MMTCP (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program) program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach through UC Berkeley Greater Good Science and Sounds True.
As an avid chanter and a devotee at heart, I am passionate about using my background in neuroscience to design practices that guide people to greater states of positivity and adaptive behaviors, while strengthening positive neural plasticity and mental states so that all beings everywhere may benefit.
